We can develop bespoke training, where we can adapt our training for your organisation's needs or we can create a whole new training programme just for you.
Our scheduled programmes are delivered at our training academy, ideally situated in the centre of Cornwall. The training centre has a relaxed atmosphere with excellent resources to enhance the training experience. We believe that training should be made as realistic as possible. The training centre is equipped with simulated training environments so learners can fully immerse themselves in their surroundings whilst expanding their knwoeldge and skills.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available throughout the day. We have free wifi and complimentary car parking is available in front of the Taylors Academy building.
Too busy to release staff for training? Or looking to make your budget stretch further?
We can arrange for our trainers to deliver our courses at your place of work. Most of our training can be delivered at your site. Delivering to a larger group is also likely to save money on the published course price.
If you only have a few people who need training, you may wish to consider teaming up with other organisations and becoming a host company, allowing other nearby organisations to train together.
Our relationship with you doesn't end when the training is finished. Our training evaluation is a systematic process to analyze if training programs are effective, effieicent and knowledge and skills are transfered into the workplace. Steve Dickson, our Training and Development Manager is continually evaluating programmes to assess training effectiveness, help improve overall work quality, and boost employee retention and motivation by engaging them in the development of training programs.
Taylors Academy support and work in association with Cornwall Adult Health &Social Care Learning Partnership (CAHSC). CAHSC operate a ‘Trip Adviser’ type feedback system which can be viewed by other organisations when seeking a training provider.
